Warranty and Return Policy
The Company stands behind our products with an industry leading warranty covering any manufacturing defects for 5 years, during which time we will replace or repair your device at little to no cost. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or our product does not meet your requirements, simply return the unaltered, undamaged device within 30 days for a full refund.
Refunds are NOT issued under any circumstances beyond 30 days. We may however, choose to provide our customers with store credit depending on circumstances. You must obtain approval for ALL returns PRIOR to returning merchandise.
Exception on Solid State Relays
Solid State Relays and Solid State Relay Controllers are an exception to this rule and do not qualify for this guarantee. These items are considered special order items and as such are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Resolutions
The Company intends for all resolutions a fair and viable outcome taking into account ALL factors relevant to all parties (manufacturer, distributor, agents, the Company, employees and customer). The Company expressly reserves the right to finalize its decision in the resolution of the matter. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of this resolution.
Insurance
The customer must keep the goods insured against all risk for goods of that kind from the time the risk in the goods passes to the customer until that time that title to the goods passes to the customer.
Title and Risk
The title and risk in the goods passes to the customer at the time of delivery.
